Description:
Pedro Ximenez is a dessert wine like no other. The style of sherry and the grape used to make the sherry are of the same name; Pedro Ximenez. While many of us are familiar with dry sherries this is far from that style. This is a sweet, dark sherry, perfect for sipping after dinner, served with shrimp in a white wine and garlic sauce, or slathered over a big bowl of vanilla ice cream.
