Description:
Friuli Italy is the very most Northeastern region of Italy. It is where the Southern Alps provide a steep, Dolemite backdrop to this remarkable wine and food-oriented Italian region. This straight-forward Pinot Grigio has a very floral smell with hints of honey. It has melon, apple, and a touch of lime zest on the palate. The finish is exciting, carrying a subtle mineral and citrus zest flavor the whole way through. This is a very balanced Pinot Grigio that would pair with most lighter garden pastas and salads beautifully.
